Mohamed Alaswad is the SLEIDSE project’s Deputy team leader since September 2016. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tripoli as well as an advanced executive education certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management and Harvard Kennedy School in the field of Entrepreneurship, leadership and science technology and innovation policies (STIP). He worked at various senior levels with the Libyan Government including being the Deputy Minister of Vocational Training, Deputy Minister of Education, Libyan Ambassador to UNESCO and the Director of Libyan SMEs Program.
Mohamed is the founder of Libyan Technology – based Business Incubators project and Libyan SMEs program, co-founder of the Libyan accreditation committee and he is a member of a high committee for research grants and Libyan innovation initiative.
Antoine Kuruneri-Millet / Senior Economic Development Adviser
Christian Formagne / Senior access to finance officer
Graduated in political science and in law, alumni of the Ecole Nationale d’Administration, Christian Formagne is the adviser of SLEIDSE programme. As a high-level civil servant, he has exercised several prominent functions at the ministry of economy and finance of France. He his now conducting missions of expertise, control and audit for the government at the General Control and Audit department.
He has also an extensive experience in the private sector as a top level manager in several French groups.
He likes horse riding (competition level in jumping) and sailing.

Holder of BA. English language and linguistics, Nessrin is a social entrepreneur with a special interest in innovation and sustainability in Libya. She has 5 years of well-rounded experience in SMEs development, Entrepreneurship and economic development, and advanced communication skills with a focus on Social Media.
She is a member of Tripoli hub global shapers WEF, of the Libyan Delegation to Project 2521 for the Maghreb social entrepreneurs, Glad to be part of the SLEIDSE team to disseminate the entrepreneurship culture among Libya’s youth.
Oliver Clark / Incubator Expert
Olfa Hamrouni / Financial Officer
Olfa holds a Master degree in Corporate and Market Finance; she has been working for 7 years on Financial and logistical project monitoring field. Olfa worked 2 years with the Global Funds, a project which aim to Fight against tuberculosis in Tunisia. She then worked 5 years for a EuroMed Transport project funded by the European Commission. She's been the Financial Officer of SLEIDSE project since September 2016.
