Alexandre Chatillon-Mounier

Alexandre Chatillon-Mounier / Project Director

Private Sector Expert with 10+ years of experience in programme management, Alexandre specialized on the MENA region over the years. Holding a political science master degree, he worked over 3 years to develop an IT company in Africa. He then joined the United Nations and the OECD to implement various large scale PSD and entrepreneurship programmes in Tunisia, Morocco, and in Sub-Saharan Africa. Alexandre is now proud to lead this project along with an amazing team.
Mohamed Alaswad

Mohamed Alaswad / Deputy Project Director

Mohamed Alaswad is the SLEIDSE project’s Deputy team leader since  September 2016. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tripoli as well as an advanced executive education certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management and Harvard Kennedy School in the field of Entrepreneurship, leadership and science technology and innovation policies (STIP). He worked at various senior levels with the Libyan Government including being the Deputy Minister of Vocational Training, Deputy Minister of Education, Libyan Ambassador to UNESCO and the Director of Libyan SMEs Program.

Mohamed is the founder of Libyan Technology – based Business Incubators project and Libyan SMEs program, co-founder of the Libyan accreditation committee and he is a member of a high committee for research grants and Libyan innovation initiative. 

Antoine Kuruneri-Millet

Antoine Kuruneri-Millet / Senior Economic Development Adviser

Dr. Antoine Kuruneri-Millet has 20 years of international experience in Private Sector Development, International Investment, Public-Private Sector Dialogue & Cooperation, and Public Institution Reforms in Transition Countries and in Conflict and Post-Conflict Areas. He is a senior international consultant to multilateral organisations, the European Commission, international financial institutions and governments tasked with designing, managing and evaluating development programmes and technical assistance projects. He also authored several specialized publications and is a member of several scientific committees. Prior to that, Dr. Kuruneri-Millet held several senior official advisory and managerial positions with the OECD and the OSCE, served in the diplomatic service, and started his career in the private sector within a “Big 4” Consulting Firm advising corporate clients. He holds a Ph.D. in Law (Suma Cum Laude), a Master in Public & Private Law of the Economy, and has Executive education in Public Affairs and Communication. Antoine is a 48 years old French national. He speaks English, French and Russian, is married with no children.
Christian Formagne

Christian Formagne / Senior access to finance officer

Graduated in political science and in law, alumni of the Ecole Nationale d’Administration, Christian Formagne is the adviser of SLEIDSE programme. As a high-level civil servant, he has exercised several prominent functions at the ministry of economy and finance of France. He his now conducting missions of  expertise, control and audit for the government at the General Control and Audit department.

He has also an extensive experience in the private sector as a top level manager in several French groups. 

He likes horse riding (competition level in jumping) and sailing.

Elsa Berry

Elsa Berry / Corporate Communication Expert

A communication expert with 10+ years of experience, Elsa has been working as the head of communication for various international players, including a technical assistance public agency and a press group. She is now a consultant for technical assistance projects taking place in the MENA region and in Subsaharan Africa on sustainable and economic development issues. She holds a master degree in communication and a master degree in international development.
Essia Enard

Essia Enard / Expert in private sector

After obtaining a Masters Degree in Marketing and Management, Essia started her professional career in Paris within the Marketing Department of the French subsidiary of Crayola. Then, she got the great opportunity to join the Tunisian-French Agency of Business France. She started as a Development Manager and then I worked as a Trade Advisor specialized in the sectors of textile, health and tourism during 4 years. Now, she is working as an Expert of the private sector in the Sleidse project team.

Karim joined SLEIDSE team on December 2017, he used to work as a financial officer at the MAGHREB MANAGEMENT INDUSTRIES 2015-2017, Karim have a bachelor degree in Finance from Nabul university  
Wafa Sahli Kanzari

Wafa Sahli Kanzari / Logistic officer

Wafa holds a degree in graphic design & advertising, she have 10 years of experience in the communication field in Tunisia, also worked with international organizations such as: coca cola, orange telecom and Mercedes benz as a graphic designer and an art director. after that she started her own communication agency with an annexed digital printing. She joined the team SLEIDSE since May 2017 as a logistics officer and event planner.  
Tristan de Kerros

Tristan de Kerros / Senior Expert on international business

Tristan de Kerros has 20 years of field experience in international B2B/B2C, channels development and business unit management within large global corporate entities or SME’s.  He has been active in business management for European and North American players in ITC and Power Systems in the EMEA region.  He is today Regional Director Middle East for a French power safety solutions manufacturer.  He joined EXPERTISE FRANCE external consultants’ team in 2017. As part of the SLEIDSE program, Tristan leads a bootcamp on how to "Grow Business Internationally".  Focus is made on being strategic, seeking out information and securing finance to help small businesses export and make international activity a success. It cover topics which include social media selling, finding  foreign partners, the latest e-commerce trends, opportunities in the Middle East and GCC's, Sub-Saharan African markets....  Tristan is  French national living in Dubai, he is married and has three kids
Nessrin Gaddah

Nessrin Gaddah / Communication expert

Holder of BA. English language and linguistics, Nessrin is a social entrepreneur with a special interest in innovation and sustainability in Libya. She has 5 years of well-rounded experience in SMEs development, Entrepreneurship and economic development, and advanced communication skills with a focus on Social Media.

She is a member of Tripoli hub global shapers WEF, of the Libyan Delegation to Project 2521 for the Maghreb social entrepreneurs, Glad to be part of the SLEIDSE team to disseminate the entrepreneurship culture among Libya’s youth.   

Oliver Clark

Oliver Clark / Incubator Expert

Oliver Clark has been active as development economist and Business management expert for over 35 years, with more than 60 missions in Europe, Asia, Caribbean, Africa and MENA Countries. As an independent consultant, Oliver has worked efficiently with mulitinationals or MSMEs, as well as with international organisations such as DFID, the World Bank, EBRD, EU or USAID. His extensive field experience, since 1985, has focused on SME support strategies and policies (Business Advisory Services, competitiveness, incubators) and in Management training projects, either as specialised workshops, or through design and establishment of new training institutions
Olfa Hamrouni

Olfa Hamrouni / Financial Officer

Olfa holds a Master degree in Corporate and Market Finance; she has been working for 7 years on Financial and logistical project monitoring field. Olfa worked 2 years with the Global Funds, a project which aim to Fight against tuberculosis in Tunisia. She then worked 5 years for a EuroMed Transport project funded by the European Commission. She's been the Financial Officer of SLEIDSE project since September 2016.

Rima Attiga

Rima Attiga / Project Manager

After graduating from the Dentistry school in Libya, Rima worked in many private clinics as a dentist before changing path and started working in the Administration field. during which she worked as a project manager in two major projects within the private sector in Libya. she Obtained a Master of Science degree in Management ( Health Sciences) from Northumbria University, UK in 2008. Her recent position was with the British Embassy as a Healthcare advisor and Business consultant helping private companies and SME’s to invest in Libya. She has a deep interest in current Libyan affairs. with special emphasis on improving the private sector to encourage young entrepreneurs to invest in it. Rima is a new member and is very enthusiastic to share her experience with the rest of the team.
Saleh Almstiri

Saleh Almstiri / Access to Finance Expert

With five years of experience within the banking industry in Libya, Saleh has moved to join the team in Tunis as an Access to Finance Expert. Saleh holds a bachelor degree in International Business Management and a master degree in Business and Accounting; both of which are from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford. For five years, Saleh worked with Nuran Bank at the Treasury and Investment department which enabled him to gain an extensive experience about the Libyan financial industry. Saleh is a certified Islamic Banker and a certified Treasury Dealer. Saleh has also received training from institutions, such as Albaraka Bank, Libyan Foreign Bank and CFPB.
